For domestic orders within Pakistan, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 working days. International shipping times vary by destination but generally range from 7 to 10 working days.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day exchange policy for unused items with original tags and receipts. Please note that sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are received damaged.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for domestic orders, as well as Visa, Mastercard, and UnionPay credit/debit cards for both local and international transactions.
How do I care for my Satrangi unstitched lawn fabrics?
We recommend hand washing in cold water and avoiding direct sunlight while drying to maintain color vibrancy. Always wash dark and light colors separately.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placement by contacting our customer service team. Once the order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Do you offer alterations for ready-to-wear outfits?
Currently, we do not offer custom alteration services. Our ready-to-wear collections are available in standard sizes ranging from Extra Small to Extra Large as per our size chart.
